Painting on paper, scanned and digitally collaged in Photoshop, then printed as a digital print.

When Happiness brings together several quick sketches made while thinking about moments of joy, energy, and emotional warmth. Vivid yellows, reds, neon green, and purple move through the work in waves, loops, and shifting lines, creating a sense of excitement that feels almost restless. Among these abstract forms, painted flowers appear as a more recognisable image of growth and happiness, with some already in bloom and another still waiting to open. By combining these fragments into one collage, the work reflects how happiness can appear in different forms; sometimes clear and immediate, and sometimes still developing.
