Painting on paper, scanned and digitally collaged in Photoshop, then printed as a digital print.

Inside My Mind brings together Emotions of Cold, When Happiness, Under the Spell of Flowers, and Spiral Thoughts into one larger composition. By placing the four collages together, different emotional states begin to overlap and compete for attention, creating a dense and restless visual field. The vivid colours, repeated lines, fragments, and shifting forms reflect the way thoughts and emotions can accumulate in the mind until they become difficult to separate from one another. The intentionally busy composition mirrors the feeling of mental overload and the constant movement between different thoughts, memories, and emotional states.
